Smaller = Better. GoCo is small enough that they focuses on personalized service. If you feel lost and abandoned by the huge HRMS vendors, consider GoCo as an alternative.
Vendor Partnership. GoCo actively listens to their customers. If you have suggestions or unmet needs, voice them. They will work with you to improve the product and strengthen the relationship.
