"Reporting is spread out in many areas such as recruiting, LMS, talent management, etc. No centralized reporting tool captures every area available and we have to combine excel files with v-lookup function."

"Not having a dedicated account representative. Also, as Paycor is becoming more SAAS-focused, quite often the initial response of "we will take care of this for you," turns into providing me with directions on how to do tasks myself with inconsistent clarity."

"I would prefer a dedicated support person, the wait time is never long and I usually get my questions answered quickly, but I prefer having one person to ask."
