Key Insights

Like Most: Very user friendly system, great help desk. The most useful modules for us have been scheduling and payroll.

Like Least: Our experience was the Dayforce mobile app didn't work with all mobile devices. We would love to see them improve the mobile app and mobile tech support.

Like Most: I am most impressed with the strength of payroll. In addition, the company is very innovative and continuously introduces new functionality.


Like Least: The support has been a weakness. We were told we were too small to have an account manager. At times we feel like we have no answers and struggle to find the right answers.
